[SCA-AE] Side question on non-member surcharge

If someone is charging $5 for the NMS, they are a little premature...

I concur that a sudden change by the BOD is not an impossibility. I certainly was caught by surprise by the announcement, which I only heard via the Ealdomere grapevine by the way, that the Non Membership Fee has been *raised* to $5.00.
