[SCA-AE] Reminder: Important Gulf Wars Camping Information

Good Gentles, I apologize for the double email to the list but those of you
attending Gulf Wars only have a few days left to send me your information if
you intend to camp with the Kingdom. I only have about 30 names and I know the
"confirmed" numbers were closer to 45 so please, don't assume I have your
information! A few notes- we are VERY limited on space, please don't plan to
bring a giant tent for you, yourself, and, well you. We are also trying to get
the numbers required to keep a secondary camping space open- if you have not
pre-registered yet please do so under Sir Erica's Ice Bears for the Group, NOT
Crimson Fist at this point, and let me know asap (thank you!). 

I need the following by this Friday, February 19th:
*SCA Name
*Mundane Name
*Tent Information (are you camping in the barracks tent
provided by the Kingdom, or your own)
*If you're using your own tent- the size footprint (include
guide ropes, etc.), and if its period or not
*If you pre-registered with Crimson Fist or Ice Bear are you interested
in the food plan (if yes, please provide email for further contact)
*Do you plan to travel with the Kingdom caravan? If yes, do
you need a ride or are you bringing your own car?
