[SCA-AE] Arts and Sciences at Queen's Rapier Tournament

	An A&S challenge will be held at Queen's Rapier, October 3rd,
 http://sunderoak.aethelmearc.org/event/rapier.html
 for the artisans of the Realm to showcase their skills.
 Artists are being asked to create a favor or token for Their
Majesties  largesse chest.
 This can be anything, it doesn't have to be a danglie bit. No
documentation required
 Proxy entries OK
 The entries will be judged by Their Majesties and the winning
 entry will be given to the Queens Rapier Champion. All of the
 remaining entries will be given to Their Majesties to use during
 Their Reign.
