Bids are due for Spring Crown 2010 on October 1st.  The rotation is for
Region 2.  If no bids are received by the deadline, then bids may come from
any region.  The preferred date for Spring Crown is the first or second
weekend in May.

Bids are due for Spring Coronation 2010 on November 1st.  Bids may come from
any region.  The preferred date for Spring Coronation is the first or second
weekend in April.

Bids are due for Æthelmearc Academy 2010 on November 1st.  The rotation is
for region 3.  The preferred date for Æthelmearc Academy is the third
weekend of June.
