Hello=2C my name is Janette and I am a pack rat. =20

Ever since my mom moved out of her independent apartment to assisted living=
=2C my living room has looked more like a storage locker than a place to si=
t.  More of her stuff showed up when she went into a nursing home and more =
again when she died.  Bearengaer was the one who collected every newsletter=
=2C T.I.=2C Pensic Independent=2C etc. but that doesn't make them any easie=
r to throw out.  (He would also collect any rubber band he got=2C odd screw=
s=2C scrap lumber=2C etc. but at least that stuff lives in the basement.)  =
The affliction is obviously hereditary - Bear's mom had receipts for her ga=
s bills from the 1950s (I still have several boxes of her things that haven=
't been gone through) and my mom saved every issue of the local GE plant's =
newsletter that even mentioned my dad.  To make matters worse=2C I have got=
ten heavily involved in collage art the past couple years and almost ANYTHI=
NG can be useful for that (vintage pictures of total strangers=2C very smal=
l bits of fabric=2C old greeting cards=2C etc.)

It's not just the SCA.
