[SCA-AE] Summer's End Travel Alert - I-190 North closed through Downtown Buffalo

Well, if it makes it any easier to bear, they did say on the radio
yesterday that the road was too narrow in that spot to close part of it
for construction during the week when traffic's heaviest.

Not being personally familiar with the area (I'm sure I've been on it,
but the roads in that region always get me all turned around and I've
never driven it myself), I can't vouch for the width of the road.
