However, this may not apply to the "6 others" - being a subject of
AEthelmearc while living in another Kingdom applies to the individual
who requested the permission from the Crown. If the other folks with
you have also requested being subjects and have permission of the
respective Crowns, then they too are subjects.
However, just "moving with you" does not make them subjects.
If they are family members, again, you need to approach the Crowns to
get their permission to allow them to be members.

You're a subject of Aethelmearc until you choose not to be. At least
that's how I read the deifinition of "subject" is Corpora & By-Laws:
Subject: Any person who physically resides within the borders of a
realm for more than half the year. Those who do not maintain a
residence meeting this definition may be considered subjects of the
realm where they participate most frequently if they obtain written
acknowledgment from the royalty of that realm. Those who participate
in Society activities primarily in a realm other than the one where
they reside may be considered subjects of that realm if they obtain
written permission and acknowledgment from the royalty of both realms.
Decisions of the Coronet in such matters depend upon the approval of
the Crown. (http://www.sca.org/docs/pdf/govdocs.pdf ... Glossary,
