Personally, If I have sent in a reservation, and I call and cancell
before the deadline, it would be nice to get a refund,
If I show up at the event and can't stay for the feast I paid for, IF
the group is able to resell my space, a refund would be nice but mostly
it wouldn't matter to me.If the group isn't able to resell my space then
I don't expect anything back.
If I no call no show, I expect the group should keep the money as they
spent money for food for me in good faith that I would be present to eat
it.
