Here is a link to the actual quarantine.  What this means in English (since I used to work for Agriculture until last December) is that you can bring firewood from anywhere into an infected area, which Lawrence County is.  HOWEVER, you must either burn it all or leave there what you don't use.  


Emerald Ash Borer Quarantine

Pennsylvania's Emerald Ash Borer quarantine restricts the movement from the quarantined area of ash nursery stock, green lumber and any other ash material, including logs, stumps, roots and branches. Due to the difficulty in distinguishing between species, all hardwood chips, bark and firewood are considered quarantined. Regulated articles can only be moved from the quarantined counties if officially certified as having met specific conditions aimed at mitigating possible spread of the beetle.
