[SCA-AE] Benefit Information for a Fellow Member

 Greetings AEthelmearc,


I wished to write you one last time as a final reminder about an
upcoming benefit for a fellow member. Here is the information needed
about the benefit:



Date: Sunday, March 8th 2009


  Time: 1:00pm to 7:00pm


  Location: American Legion (325 Erie Blvd. Rome, NY 13440)


  Cost: $10.00 per person (includes food buffet) (cash bar will also be available)


  


  
Now, I know that volunteers were
needed.. but I am not totally positive on this. I was told to simply
sit back and relax, other than sending out what messages that I needed
to. You are more than welcome to contact Amanda (amandasro at aol.com) or

you may have.
