[SCA-AE] Event Conflict

Although I did try the seneschal's list first with this one and got no
response.  Only when I posted here did I get "oh my gosh!  That is a

Her Excellency Caryl has already set up a Seneschals email discussion
group, which is where the event planning discussion should really be taking
place.  And some seneschals have already been taking advantage of it to
discuss possible events and dates.  Since autocrats change event to event,
I think maintaining the discussion within the seneschals egroup is a better
option since they are the ones that should really know what is going on : )

If an autocrat is considering putting in a bid for an event, the best thing
they can do is go to their seneschal and discuss it and request the
seneschal explore the date and possible conflicts with their neighbor
seneschals.
