[SCA-AE] Event Conflict

[Ireland-delfs, Orilee]

Aethelmearc has it for all except Coronation.  We've tried both ways and neither seems to be the perfect solution.

I don't think there is one.....

I'm not sure I'm in favor of it or not, but the Midrealm has a general
timeline and rotation schedule for that.  Unfortunately they've also had
problems getting bids from the region that was supposed to hold a particular
event.
