[SCA-AE] Limiting Groups to Three Events per Year?

one short reminder. a "draft" assumes that each and every group has every
event and activity already planned and firmed up on "draft" day. if they
don't they will have to "buy" a date from another group. as seen in earlier
discussion, even traditional events have occasion to vary their
schedule--sometimes at the last minute.
investigating ways to ease/avoid scheduling difficulties to maximize event
attendance/participation is a most laudable effort. with luck and
discussion i'm sure a workable solution will be found.
btw, i haven't yet seen anything about other kingdoms' solutions to the
problem.
bowing out now with best wishes.
sionn, the lost
"lost in time and...lost in space...and...meaning."
