On Saturday March 7th, from 10am-6pm, the people of Myrkfaelinn will 
be hosting a Bardic event with a Tavern theme.

What happens when three bards walk into a bar? I'm not sure, but you 
can bet there will be music, stories, and a lot of laughter. If 
you're an experienced Bard, would like to try it, or just enjoy 
rubbing elbows with those great folks that keep us entertained, than 
this is the event for you. More of a fighter? We've got that! Looking 
for something more quiet and artsy? We'll also be holding a 
Scriptorium! and, as always, we'll have some great activities for the 
little ones!

There will be no feast for this event. Instead, we'll be offering an 
all day Tavern theme sideboard!

Event Autocrat is Lady Magdalena de Mayfeld (May Lovelace, 423 E. 
Lincoln Street, Ithaca NY 14850 (607) 279-0125, 
mrlovelace34 at gmail.com) who may also be contacted with any dietary concerns.

Cost for this event is $8.00 for the day, plus $3.00 Non-Member 
Surcharge for those appearing without a card. (12 and under are half 
price, babes-in-arms are free). There is a family cap of $35. No 
reservations are being accepted.

This event will take place at Risley Hall on the Cornell University 
campus (515 Thurston Ave, Ithaca, NY 14850). The site is dry and open 
flames are prohibited.

Directions: Follow Route 13 to Ithaca and take the Triphammer Road 
exit at the top of the hill. Head southeast on N Triphammer Rd for 
just under 1 mile. At the stop sign make a left onto Hanshaw Rd and 
immediately turn right at Klinewoods Rd/Triphammer Rd. Continue on 
Triphammer Rd. At the stop sign turn left onto Wait Ave. Risley hall 
will be the brick building directly ahead of you at the next stop sign.

For those who have visited this site before, please note that, due to 
a new security system, NO door may propped open for ANY period of 
time. Troll will be set up near the front doors to assist with 
entrance to the facility.
