[SCA-AE] Gage token

Why all the worry about whether the physical gauntlet, the token,  
matches the blazon?  Just make the right hand gage with the  
escarbuncle on the back.  As to designating sinister v dexter in the  
blazon... as there is no difference accorded for left v right (or back  
v palm, for that matter), leave it as it is & make it well known  
within our realm that the token is a right hand black leather gage  
with a gold escarbuncle on the back.
