[SCA-AE] Choc. Milk

When I was little, there was a dairy farm near my house (Hogg's Dairy, Apalachin NY) that produced milk & chocolate milk like Fishers. They advertised that their cows were "Registered Guernseys" (which even at a young age made me giggle at the thought of a Cow Registrar somewhere).

Lord Eric!

Generally speaking Jerseys yield the highest butterfat content while
holsteins have the highest yield by volume. Consequently, most
dairies now raise holsteins. When I was in elementary school, it was
easy to buy "all jersey milk", but you will have difficulty finding
such milk today.
