[SCA-AE] Wooden Pin at War Practice and its absence

We completely understand -- life happens.  (I wasn't sure I'd even have
time to enter it this year anyway, given the amount of stuff I'm already
committed to at War Practice this year, including helping with prep
shopping for the brunch).
