[SCA-AE] Wooden Pin at War Practice and its absence

 Will there be a Wooden Pin Competition at this year's War Practice? 
 If so, what will the theme be?

 Greetings to All 
 My humblest apologies to any that were interested in the Wooden Pin
Competition. Mundane life and 
 work have been extremely complicated since November of this past
year. And until two days ago, I 
 was not sure if I would even be able to attend War Practice. Alas, I
will be able to attend, but 
 it is too late to offer the Wooden Pin this year...However, if you
would like to consult on a 
 project or get any feedback I would be most willing to meet with you
in the Barn during the time 
 that the pin would have been held. 
 As I see some light at the end of the tunnel, I will check future
events and see if perchance I 
 can hold the Competition at a later date this year and I have full
plans on it returning for next 
 years War Practice. 
 Again, please forgive me as I do wish to encourage all cooks in
Aethelmearc (new and seasoned;-) 
 to experiment further in historical techniques and receipts.
