[SCA-AE] Call for Bids and Ideas

I have made and donated 5 banners to this Kingdom - they wear out, I know, 
especially because of Pennsic.
But is there a size or type of materials,  for what they want?   Or whatever 
we can donate?
And the pavillion I made and donated is wearing out because it has been put 
up at Pennsic without the correct supporting tarp under it - who is in 
charge of setup this year?  I would like to save it, if I can, by ehlping 
them put it up with (hopefully) all of the peices.
