[SCA-AE] Crown Tourney field update

Greetings!

    After a consultation with the autocrats and a review of the field and 
the weather, we made the decision to move the list field from the Jamboree 
field in the middle of the camp to the parade field in front of the dining 
hall.  The "good" about all this is that we are closer to the roads, the 
parking, the bathrooms, the merchants and the dining hall.  Traffic flow 
will be much easier, and there is also more space around and behind for 
tents.  The "bad" is that we lose the ability to put up tents on one side of 
the field (the one against the dining hall) and things are not as square, 
neat and symmetric as they were.  My careful map and sketch were abandoned, 
and people will find that some tents are now behind others, but we limited 
this where possible.  I will be there early to help make use of the space we 
have.

     We will not be putting up the Heronter pavilion, but instead invite 
people to watch the tourney from the porch of the dining hall which lines 
one side of the field.  It will be a dry seat with a great view.

    Thank you for your support of the change, and we hope this makes for a 
wonderful Crown Tourney even if the weather is not spectacular.
