[SCA-AE] Crown Tourney list field

Gentlemen and Ladies,

    I just came back from the Crown Tourney site, and we got most of the 
list field set up done.  It is important to note that the field is very 
small - and surrounded by woods.  Although the actual lists are of what I 
hope is a reasonable size (25'x25'), there is not much perimeter.  I have 
put up stakes to show where shade space has been reserved, and it leaves 
very little, if any extra space.  I would beg of you to set up tents as 
tightly as possible.  Please do not worry much about people needing to "get 
through" because there is only woods behind three sides of the field.

    There is also little space to drive in the area so we will need people 
to drive up, unload quickly, and remove their vehicles promptly.

    I will be there in the early evening Friday for those setting up, but I 
do need to leave site for an important little league game.  I will be back 
early Saturday.  There are tags on the field showing where everyone should 
go, and the rest of the event staff will be there to help.

    This will be a cozy tournament - thank you for your help in making the 
most of the space we have.
