[SCA-AE] Coronation of Khalek and Branwyn

Greetings,
As autocrat for the upcoming coronation of Khalek and Branwyn I wish to diseminate some information about the event. 
I have heard of concern that it is an all outside event, this is untrue, our site has a wonderful heated hall with a free standing fireplace. We wil be having a fire in the fireplace.  Should the weather require it, we have a heated activity building for the Queen's Rapier Champion Tourney.
Please come and join us at Coronation we have lots of fun activities planned for the day.

Unto the Populace of the fair lands of AEthelmearc

   As you are aware, the Coronation of their Majesties, Kalek & Branwyn will be on April 12 in the fair land of the Canton of Beau Fleuve.
   In honor of this occasion there will be a kite competition.
    It is open to all. The adult category shall have 3 ways to show off your kites.

   1 Most period. Please have documentation availabel

    2 Best looking. To be judged by the Queen herself.

    3 Highest flight. Each person shall have 5 minutes to get the kite as high as possible.
  
   The children's competion is based on the theme of animals. Make the kite look as much like an animal as possible. Kit kites will be allowed, so long as they are decorated. Again the Queen will judge.
  Lake Ontario is known for breezes, so it should be a good day for kites!
