[SCA-AE] ANNOUNCE: Pavilions at Crown Tournament

Every time I've been consort to a fighter in crown we've usually
shared a pavillion with other combatant couples usually those related
by household etc.  I've seen this happen a lot.  As fast as the
tourney has been running lately without a lot of combatants there is
often little time to sit down between bouts, but having the ability to
have that area for whatever reason when involved in tourney, calming
prepping etc is a good thing.
