Thank you Irene. I know you are a great knitter. Would you like to
join in? We can always use more teachers. Specially for informal
impromptu get togethers at events. Or however you wouldlike.
Thank you also for the website link. My poor wallet. I need more
yarn like..... But who can resist!
Thank you for everything!
Elisabeth

2.5mm needles are US size 1 according to the Knit Picks catalog.
My new favorite Double point needles are the Knit Picks Harmony
needles, they
are laminated wooden needles. Sock sizes are sold in sets of 6.
I would also like to suggest that Knit Picks http://www.knitpicks.com/
is a good place to find sock yarn. Essential Solid is $3.29/50 gram
ball of 75%
Superwash Merino wool/25% nylon. Essential Twist, Essential Multi and
Essential
Tweed are all under $4/ball for those who want more color options.
Felici wich
is self striping is $.29 for 50 grams.
Irene
