I'm your new Kingdom Chirurgeon!

I need ALL chirurgeons, CIT, Mentor, Journeyman, et all  to read this, and pay heed..

Send me your current information!  That means, your CPR, First Aid, Membership card and Drivers Lisc or other form of ID.  I also need your current address, email and phone number.

Please email scans of these things to: aechirurgeon at gmail.com  

If I do not have these things within the next two months you are NOT  a warranted chirurgeon any longer.

Not to be dramatic about it at all, but  without your current information you are not practicing legally or warranted and this could present a serious problem.  

Please get me this information as soon as possible.  I don't care if you *think* you sent it two months ago or a year ago.. Send it again.

Also if you have a CIT or two, I need their info, and send in those reports!  There *HAS* to be more than one CIT out there at the moment in the kingdom, I only have ONE person's info.

If you know a chirurgeon and they might not be on this list, run up to them squeal loudly and tell them you read it here, the new Kingdom Chirurgeon is being a pain and needs their info.  

On the upside...  After Pennsic I will be sending out brand new spiffy laminated warrant cards to everyone who sent me their info.  This card will be needed to work at any event, and will be needed to hold any Chirurgeon office.
