[SCA-AE] Got any unwanted items to exchange?

  Greetings,  
   
  Our fine autocrat for Barony Wars suggested that I send this to the Kingdom list also, and not just keep it to ourselves.
   
  In keeping with the Bazaar portion of Barony Wars and Bazaar, and with the permission of our two hard-working autocrats, I would like to set up a free exchange of items table near the Troll table. You can drop off SCA related items you no longer use, and maybe pick up something new to you. A free exchange of unwanted items. Like a garage sale without the 25 cent price tags. This is a chance to pass along items that are just collecting dust in your home, but may be happily accepted into someone else's.
   
  Please come and drop off garb that you no longer wear (in good condition) - I'm sure there are some who would love to receive well made hand-me-downs. Feast gear that you have replaced with better stuff. Fabric that you purchased because it was on sale, but now you look at it and wonder why you ever wanted it in the first place. Any old, but still usable weapons or armor that you have replaced as your own items got better and newer. Candle holders, unburned candles,   old books, movies, costume jewelry you never wear anymore, unneeded buttons and trim, etc. I'm sure we all have some things that we'd like to get rid of, but that can still be used by others.
   
  The chatelaine may even find some good items to set aside for newcomers, such as loaner garb or feast gear. The knight marshal may even find some armor pieces to go in the loaner gear bag.
   
  At the end of the day on Saturday, any items still remaining will be discarded. Whatever can go to the Salvation Army will go there, and the rest will be thrown away.
