Just a follow up as to what might be "different from current practice". I
have been asked to sign a waiver even though I have a blue card "just to be
safe and because we are having everyone sign it" - and I am not referring to
special waiver for the Cooper's or events with equestrian activities. I
have been asked to sign a waiver at the list table despite showing a blue
card at troll "just in case some people by-pass troll and so we are safe".
I have been asked to sign a waiver for my son because "he is a minor and his
blue card doesn't count".

Those might be some areas where people with blue cards have been asked to
sign waivers.

Baroness Katja asked:

If they can't display a blue card, they then still sign an individual
or roster waiver? Pardon me for being dense, but I'm slightly confused
at how this differs from the current practice? 'Splainy, please? ;)
