So, if gentles display a blue card at a practice or event, they don't have to sign an individual or roster waiver form?
If they can't display a blue card, they then still sign an individual or roster waiver? Pardon me for being dense, but I'm slightly confused at how this differs from the current practice? 'Splainy, please? ;)
Also, are you able at this time to provide more detail on what difficulties will arise if a gentle cannot produce a blue card or does not sign a waiver?
