The following came from the Society Seneschal:

The Board upheld my ruling that any member of the SCA, Adult or Minor,
who
presents a membership card proving they have a valid waiver on file with
the SCA, Inc., will not be required to sign a duplicate waiver at SCA
functions.

This ruling is effective immediately.

This means that Kingdom Seneschals need to get the word out to their
branches Immediately.  After 30 days, documented reports of
noncompliance
will result in difficulties for those responsible.

Pennsic War is technically a Cooper's Lake Campground event, with a
unique
waiver, and remains unaffected by this policy.
