What exactly, or as close as possible, are they look for or at? What
disqualifies one person, and passes another? I do not remember

Answer:

I don't know EXACTLY, but it's my understanding that they are looking
for offenses against children and sexual offenses.  They will be
searching the Department of Justice databases.  The vendor has been
vetted by the Lawyers and has a good reputation.  I know they are not
checking things like parking tickets or your credit.
