[SCA-AE] ANNOUNCE: Background Check FAQ

Wait a second here....demos are now part of this background check issue?  I 
was under the impression that since there was usually an adult with a mundane 
background check (for example teachers at schools or troop leaders for scout 
troops), that for the purposes of an educational demo, that was sufficient.  Do 
we now also need someone with a proper SCA background check before we can do 
an educational demo for a school or a scout troop?
 
Previously, none of those organizations have asked me for my mundane 
clearances (and I have my Act33/Act34s) for the purposes of a demo.
