Diaper changing is not an Activity organized by the hosting group or
part of the event. This applies to organized activities mainly. I would
assume some common sense here. Your tent/car/etc isn't an organized
activity.

You will need to have One Adult with a background check per area. In one
classroom targeted at children, you will need an adult with a background
check. It does not have to be you. In the demo targeted for children, if
one adult can see all areas, then only one adult with a background check
need be present. If there are three separate areas, than one adult in
each area needs a background check.
