Caryl, 

Thank you for the update.  This is an area of confusion for many of us in the Society, and we appreciate your input.  I am wondering what constitutes a "warranted youth officer".  I have supervised youth A&S activities at events in the past, but I do not recall ever having been "warranted" in a formal way.  Should everyone supervising youth activities fall into this category?  Do all of these people need to be registered with an appropriate Baronial Minister of Youth?  What if that position is unfilled; does that prevent us from holding youth activities at events?
