So, at what date dose this go into effect? When dose it effect events that have childrens activites? Is it Februay 15, or 4 weeks after that?
 
Bataar> 2) When is implementation?> > Forms will go out on February 15th to all group Youth officers,> Youth Marshals and Youth Fencing Marshals. These people have four weeks> to return the forms to the vendor. Forms for At-Large officers will> follow soon after.
