[SCA-AE] Ice Dragon Tavern question

In response to the survery, we've had a number of folks request that we have "good" rootbeer and birch beer.  
   
  If we were to bring in a good bottled root beer, we would have to sell it for $2.00/bottle.
  Are people willing to pay $2.00/bottle for a better root beer or birch beer?
