How are they defining minor children? In some senses, children who are
over 18 but whom the parents are supporting, are attending college,
living at home or in the dorm, are considered minors. If you're still
eligible to cover them under your health insurance, car insurance, and
claim them on your income taxes, shouldn't the SCA membership follow
suit?
