Any order that wishes to have a meeting at Ice Dragon, please contact the 
autocrat, THL Jenna MacPherson of Lion's Tower, at jennamacpherson at msn.com 
or carole at uniteduniform.com, with a preferred time and anticipated size of 
the meeting. This is necessary for the autocrat staff to arrange scheduling 
for the various buildings and rooms where the meetings will be held. We will 
do our utmost to accommodate everyone however due to the usually very large 
number of meetings held there, first preference for timing may not be 
possible.
