[SCA-AE] Announce: Ice Dragon News!

Greetings All,

 

This is important to any and all Merchants who wish to register for the Ice
Dragon event in the Rhydderich Hael.  The merchant liaison has changed.  Do
not send table/space requests to Dona Elisa.  All inquiries and table/space
request should instead be sent to Lady Biotta Myrmeen who has been the
merchant liaison for the past few years. The new information links for
merchanting have been updated via the Hael's home page, if you send your
forms and payments to someone other than me this may not get to me in time
to have tables/spaces reserved for you.  Also, payments for both merchant
tables/spaces and site fees must be sent together as the Merchant Building
will have its own Trollner for the event and I will quite possibly have no
record of your payment or table/space request otherwise.  If you have
already sent in your reservation form and payment, please contact me right
away.  I would not like to see any of our fine merchants turned away due to
postal or e-mail mix ups.   Thank you for your understanding in this matter
