[SCA-AE] Heraldic Consult Table at Blackstone Raid

There will be a heraldic consult table at Blackstone raid for much of  
the day on Saturday (open approx 10 am, close around court), We will  
be located with the merchants (indoors).

As before, if you are interested in coming to the table, it can be  
helpful to give me a heads up, so I can ensure I have what I own of  
sources available.

Also, if you want a heraldic consult but cannot come during the hours  
the table is open, feel free to contact me and I will see if I can be  
made available at other times (or find another way of doing the  
consult).
