[SCA-AE] Coronation and equestrian activities

Everyone that want to have their horses in the procession is welcome to
do so provided they meet the inspection and paperwork requirements I
have posted.  I am planning on bringing two of my horses (instead all
four, two of them are more suited to games than processions) and I will
be on duty to act as the EqMiC.

Please be aware that the cancellation of the demo is not Irene's fault.
The Camp Director made the call and as owner of the property has every
right to do so.  I am glad that they have agreed to allow us to do the
procession.  Instead of focusing on the bad news, let's get together and
make this grand procession a thing to remember ( in a good way).
