[SCA-AE] Coronation and equestrian activities

It is with deep regret that I must announce that we must cancel the equestrian demo planned for coronation this weekend.

Originally when we arranged for this site, we had an agreement with the camp manager that since the site was not set up for equestrian use, if they felt the ground we were going to use for the demo was too wet they could revoke the permission to use it. At that time we had a back up indoor arena that we arranged to use if the conditions were such that we could not ride at Camp Kenan. In early March, under the weight of a couple of feet of snow the roof of the arena collapsed. That site became unusable with in days before the deadline to get the required SCA equestian insurance at a reasonable price. We could not find another backup site in the time I had available.
