What about things like demo/events? I think things like this need to be handled on a case by case basis. For example: www.brassringthing.com has been a regular Hael event for the last seven years, however the event site and web site is the Herschel Carousel Museum, the Hael has no control over it. Ditto, www.penndixie.org and the annual Olcott Pirate Festival.
