[SCA-AE] Curia at Harvest Raid

Good Gentles of AEthelmearc,

I must apologize for some confusion I have caused.  There will be Curia
at Harvest Raid, in spite of what I published in the October AEstel.    

Mistress Orianna has pointed out to me that the law changes made at
Pennsic will not take effect until they are published, which means the
October AEstel.  Even though it arrived on my desk today, it doesn't
count until October 1st.  Since the curia is actually in September, it
falls under the old law, which means it's perfectly fine that the
announcement is in the September AEstel.

As their Majesties had no expected items to be discussed as of yet, no
violation of the law has occurred with this curia.

Please ignore my earlier apology in the September AEstel, and accept
this one instead for causing the confusion.

And please come to curia!  You never know what might come up.  If you
have any interest in being an officer, or serving as Royalty, you should
understand how Curia Regis works.  

The Pennsic curia was extremely short, but we had a great discussion at
the financial committee meeting after the official curia about regalia.
The one at AE Ten Year was only a half hour long.  I expect this one to
be pretty short too.
