[SCA-AE] help with latin phrase

I am helping some friends with a project and am looking for some help with the correct form of latin.

Basically the phrase wanted is: The Dragon&#39;s Word

I am uncertain whether it should be: draco or draconis

And for word I was told: vocis, however I am not sure whether vocalis or vocatus would be more appropriate. 

And then of course there is always the word order that confuses me. Can anybody help me.
Thank you in advance, as latin is not my strong suit.
