[SCA-AE] sca info materials?

The sca.org site has a pamphlet about Information for site owners (under
the publications link - my link to sca.org is not working right now).
I've taken it with me to new sites quite regularly - it's a pretty good
overview of the SCA from a site perspective.

If you can't find it, let me know and I will forward it when my internet
access comes back.

Subject: [SCA-AE] sca info materials?

speaking of event sites.....

i've been looking around at event sites. have found some nice places,
but
have been asked on more than one occasion for "some sort of information
about your group." i am SURE that there is no need for me to re-create
something that i'm SURE someone else has already done. i'm thinking like
a
tri-fold brochure? with pictures? i'm almost sure i saw one on some
other
kingdom's website at one point....

when i talk to the prospective site owners i am always very careful - i
always say "Middle Ages and Renascence" rather than "medieval" (all some
people hear is the 'evil' part), i point out that our local group
includes
doctors and lawyers and computer professionals, i tell them that our
organization has been around for 41 years, and, being local to western
PA, i
NEVER mention pennsic :) but i lack any sort of formal 'something' to
give
them.

so, what do other people use?
