Wait... you have to live in a Barony to have even the _chance_ to
compete for Kingdom
A&S Champion? I realize that TRM have the right to choose the format
for selecting Their
champions, but that seems overly restrictive, and incidentally
eliminates a large
number of excellent artisans from competition.

Unless I'm misreading this?
