[SCA-AE] Largesse for Pennsic

After much consideration, the Royalty of the Knowne World have each
decided to try gifting largesse to one Kingdom at the Pennsic War this
year.  Aethelmearc was quite fortunate to draw our neighbors to the
North, the Kingdom of Ealdormere, as the recipients of our gifts. This
means that the largesse we collect for Pennsic should be tailored
towards our Northern brothers and sisters.

His Highness is requesting that we look into providing decent items
that the Kingdom can use.  (For example, a field banner for Wars.)  I
have sent out a missive to to the Kingdom of Ealdormere to see what
needs the Kingdom has.  As soon as I have a list of possibilities, I
will post it here to the discussion list, as well as to the largesse
webpage.  (It is a little behind schedule in construction, lol!)

We will still be collecting "regular" largesse in order to fill the
coffers for other needs.  This will only effect collection towards the
Pennsic War.  As always, if you have any questions, comments or ideas,
