[SCA-AE] AE site down?

hi all - i've been having trouble getting the AEthelmearc site to come up -
is it me, or is the site down for construction or something? no big deal, i
was just trying to mark out my calendar. i think i remember that it
has switched webmasters, so i'd understand if it was down because someone is
working on it... thanks!
