I've had not one, but two good lost item Khama at pennsic.
First time was around my first pennsic (XX) and involved all my
money at the time (around $80) and various baubles that first
pennsic weenies tend to get. Returned to lost and found within
an hour. Probably one of the experiences that has hooked me in
for the long haul.
Other one was a few years ago... think it had my wallet this time...
(credit cards, IDs, and probably a fair bit of cash)... this time
it took a day.
Both times everything was intact.
You often hear about the bad stuff... but not always the good stuff.
(kinda like managers in restaurants, to whom we try to make a point
of notifying of good service.)
There are always going to be the wolves who prey upon us, but luckily
our sheep have muscles, horns, and lots of woolly love to support
each other when one of the good guys are hurt.
