[SCA-AE] Children's Arts Awards was - New! Youth Art Categories at Ice Dragon

Athelmearc has a youth arts award, The Order of the Silver Sycamore.  There 
are currently four recipients, Daniel O Rian the Fletcher,  Alice de Blair, 
Alexandra of Endless Hills and Monique the Scribe.  Daniel (my son) received 
his when he was 9 for his puppetry.
